Description
Supervise a team of 30-50 associates in a warehouse environment. Responsible for the client relations and safety and quality focus of your team and the clients production goals.
- 2nd shift and those hours would be 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for:
- Attendance reporting to client
- Coaching associate performance
- Safety and GMP compliance
- Assist with associate concerns
- Build rapport with client floor supervisors, line leads, etc.
- Updating the applicant tracking system and managing associate timecards
- Ensure client processes are followed to provide a safety focused environment producing the highest quality standards
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 20 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
