Description

Staff Management is seeking 1st shift Warehouse and Packaging Associates at our client's site in Kenosha, WI. This role will be responsible for picking and packing consumer products into pallets and various containers. They will handle products in a safe and responsible manner and check for any defects. This is a long-term role with a Full-Time work schedule of 7-3:30pm M-F.

Job Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities for this role can include:

  • General Labor
  • Handle Materials
  • Pick/Pack or repack
  • Label product correctly
  • Ability to use tape
  • Follow customer requirements and instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process
  • Maintain consumer product safety and sanitation standards, in accordance with all guidelines
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and always report unsafe conditions that cannot be self-corrected to the leadership team
  • Follow GMP standards
  • Palettize product
  • Other duties as assigned to you

Qualifications for this role include:

  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • 1 year of work experience
  •  Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Follow all PPE regulations and standards that are appropriate for the location. Management or Site Leadership will provide needed PPE

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Able to Lift 20 pounds

  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
