Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6AM-6PM (2, 2, 3 work week)
• Night Shift: 6PM-6AM (2, 2, 3 work week)

Job Responsibilities

This entry level position is responsible for assisting with daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements. In this position you will breakdown defected plastic bottles, empty plastic recycle bins in plastic compacter machines and perform similar tasks for all four production lines. You will also assist production team as needed with other minor tasks.

• Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Become knowledgeable of production operations to assist and for growth opportunities. 
• Abide by customer's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand.
