Staff Management | SMX in Pharr, Texas is hiring Material/Package Handler's to join our warehouse team. In this position associates will be handling freight with sorting, unloading / loading from conveyor to place in assigned store staging area. Shift information:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with possible scheduled overtime)

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 30 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $11.00 - $12.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
