Description
We are seeking a CAD Designer to provide CAD support for the design and development of new products and product improvements. This role focuses on mechanical design, 3D modeling, PLM data management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet technical, cost, quality, and timing objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Design components and mechanical assemblies to meet technical, cost, quality, and timing requirements
- Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software
- Manage PLM data, dataset releases, and Bills of Materials
- Support compliance with customer engineering specifications and DVP&R activities
- Design tools, fixtures, and equipment to support testing lab needs
- Communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Graphics Technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of CAD design experience; automotive experience preferred
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 and PLM tools (Teamcenter or Oracle PLM)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- German language skills a plus

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $45.00 - $55.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
