Looking for a goal-oriented individual who also understands the importance of customer service and contractual expectations.
Ensures daily plans are formulated and communicated, assigns work, trains staff and employees, has authority for discipline and performance decisions. Responsible for maintaining performance, production, and quality standards. Oversees daily activities of employees working in production driven environments; ensures daily work volume and service levels meets customer expectations. Develops methods for driving production and efficiencies, improving operating conditions and ensuring adherence to procedures/policies.
This position requires mid-level management experience. Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss, theft, and damages. Supervisor ensures a strong safety awareness and safety culture. Retains and reviews warehouse documents and business metrics.
Communicates with internal leadership on matters of employee discipline, safety, vacations, attendance and company policies and related matters. Will be responsible for coordinating training to ensure all associates are properly trained to meet productivity goals and work standards. Training is documented and retained.
Shift: Multiple Positions Available
- Monday to Friday 6AM-2:30PM (Days)
- Monday to Friday 2PM-11:30PM (Nights)
- Weekend Days Friday- Sunday 6AM-6PM ( 3 x 12hour shifts)
- Must be flexible with schedule and have ability to work OT as needed.

Job Responsibilities
Basic Work Requirements:
- 3 to 5 plus years of management experience in a progressive logistics and distribution environment
- Strong technical proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience training and managing both supervisors and associates
- Entrepreneurial spirit, someone looking to take ownership and work for results
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in an area requiring exposure to extreme temperatures; extreme heat/cold, wet, damp and/or drafty conditions.
- Standing for long periods of time on a concrete surface
- Bending, lifting, stooping, pulling, reaching, and consistent hand and wrist motion
