We're hiring Disassemblers in Solomon, KS, for a temp-to-hire opportunity with great pay and consistent hours.
What You'll Do:
- Disassemble units and sort parts for salvage or recycling.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 / Hour
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Mon-Fri) + $1.50 shift premium

Job Responsibilities
- Disassemble transformer units such as single-phase poles, single-phase pads, etc.
- Sorting transformer parts for reuse by material type.
- Utilize specific hand tools to separate material.
- Operation of hoist.
- Work alongside other employees to meet production goals.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, crane, etc.) preferred
- Dependable and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be equipped with your own steel-toed shoes
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $19.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
