Ready to dive into the exciting world of pre-orders? We're seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Order Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN! The Pre-Order Processing Specialist will review Customer Purchase Orders, CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and Quote Confirmations for variances and clarifications. This role will work closely with proper Quotes Specialist or customer for clarifications on Expired Quotes. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity with a steady Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule and a pay of $17/hour. Job Responsibilities
- Work with a virtual team to ensure that the Expired Quotes Queue/Clarification Queue is managed according to leadership specifications.
- Work effectively within the CRM database, SharePoint database and other ERP Systems as required.
- Provide a high-level customer service to Allegion customers including contact with sales offices, Order Entry and Customer Care. Present a positive image to both internal and external customers.
- Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
