Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Maintain Excellence: keep our factory and warehouse safe and clean while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
- Precision Work: adjust, inspect, and pack parts to meet our high-quality standards.
- Stay on Pace: perform tasks efficiently to meet production rates.
- Physical Activity: lift and carry up to 30 lbs., twist, bend, reach, and handle materials with care.
- Team Collaboration: work in a team environment to achieve collective goals.
What You'll Need:
- Attention to Detail: high attention to detail and an organized approach.
- Basic Skills: basic math, reading, and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility: willingness to work overtime when required.
- Experience: previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift.

Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 30 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.50 - $20.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
