Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Maintain a culture of safety and quality first.
- Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking.
- Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards.
- Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmen.
- Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work.
- Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience.
- 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
- Experience working with technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments.
- Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
- Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred.
- OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
- Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups.
- Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project work.
