Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
- Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
- Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with attention to accuracy and freshness
- Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards
- Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets
- Perform load audits, correct labels and inventory issues
- Replenish product in appropriate bays and jump in with manual case picking as directed
- 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
- Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
- A true team player who works toward common goals
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
- Experience or training in: GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 60 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.42 - $23.42 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
