Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test incoming materials, products in production and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Record and analyze inspection and test data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Investigate non-conformances and deviations from quality standards to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection and rest results
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
  • Engage in internal and external audits to provide support and documentation
  • Enhance product quality, process efficiency and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Critical problem solving skills to identify and address quality issues
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (ITAF16949:2016 & ISO 9001)
  • Wear safety glasses and other PPE as required

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 20 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
