Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and test incoming materials, products in production and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Record and analyze inspection and test data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Investigate non-conformances and deviations from quality standards to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection and rest results
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
- Engage in internal and external audits to provide support and documentation
- Enhance product quality, process efficiency and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Critical problem solving skills to identify and address quality issues
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (ITAF16949:2016 & ISO 9001)
- Wear safety glasses and other PPE as required
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 20 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
