Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring absenteeism, maintains time and production records
  • Ensures scrap is recorded accurately and disposed of daily; rework is completed daily
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining all TPM goals
  • Informs Team Leader of Production Manger of any and all quality issues
  • Clears all faults and restarts machinery
  • Maintains 5S standards
  • Accurately completes paperwork and data entry
  • Fills in for associate when necessary
  • Maintains time and production records
  • Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance specifications
  • Analyzes and provides input to resolve work problems or assists associates in solving work problems
  • Tracks associates in area during emergency
  • Conducts associate cross-training to include maintaining and verifying performance levels and updating records/keeping records of progress

  • Leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and analyze information
  • Write reports and work instructions
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office word
  • 2 years of Manufacturing experience

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
