Staff Management | SMX is looking for a proactive Food Production Shift Coordinator to support new associates and enhance their experience within our organization. This role involves managing the onboarding process, ensuring effective training, and fostering associate engagement.

Shifts:
A - 7:00am-3:00pm ($20.43/hr)
B - 3:00pm-11:00pm ($21.60/hr)
C - 11:00pm-7:00am ($21.60/hr)

Job Responsibilities
- Check in new associates and pair them with their trainers.
- Communicate with associates to notify clients of any absences or late arrivals.
- Collaborate with client supervisors to gather production updates.
- Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to assess their employment experience and complete onboarding procedures.
- Input attendance data into the ATS system accurately.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
- Provide engaging tours for new associates to familiarize them with the workplace.
- Promote associate engagement through various initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in training or onboarding preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 40 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.43 - $21.60 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
