Staff Management is hiring Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives at various locations throughout Puerto Rico.
We are looking for responsible, organized, and customer-focused candidates with strong communication and customer service skills in English and Spanish. Starting pay of $11.00 per hour, with incremental increases at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years, allowing you to earn up to $12.75 per hour based on tenure.

Job Responsibilities
- Engaging customers
- Managing customer accounts
- Attention to detail
- Hablante bilingue requerido
- 40 words per minute minimum typing speed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Available to work a schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Drug Test
- Able to Lift 20 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $11.00 - $12.75 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
