Staff Management is hiring Full-Time, On-Site Customer Service Representatives at Metro Office Park in Guaynabo, PR.
Assist customers through Call Center and/or face-to-face interactions. We are looking for reliable, organized candidates with strong communication skills.
Starting pay of $12.00 per hour, with incremental increases at 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years, allowing you to earn up to $13.50 per hour based on tenure.
Flexible shifts are available and being bilingual is not required!

Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
- Maintain strong communication records for all conversations
- Able to process & enter a large amount of data into our system with accuracy
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Available to work a schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Reliable transportation
- 40 words typed per minute minimum
Associate Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $12.00 - $13.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
