Hiring IMMEDIATELY for 1st Shift Warehouse Returns Specialists at Callaway Golf! Join a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you'll play an important role in processing returned merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting operational excellence. These opportunities are available for an immediate start following the application and two-step interview process.
First shift hours vary between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required. New hires may be required to work an alternate schedule during their first week for training.
This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay, career growth potential, and a variety of employee incentive programs. In this role, you'll inspect and process returned products, complete return documentation, support warehouse audits, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with the organization and movement of materials throughout the facility. No previous Callaway product knowledge is required, and training is provided.

Job Responsibilities
- Process, inspect, and evaluate returned merchandise for accuracy and quality.
- Review, complete, and maintain return documentation and system records.
- Support inventory control activities and warehouse audit processes.
- Receive, organize, store, and track returned products and materials.
- Process SAP Return Authorizations and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor, review, and report findings related to quality systems and operational procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Perform basic math calculations and analyze inventory and operational data.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, inventory, and quality teams to achieve performance goals.
- Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Assist with material handling activities and move pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Regularly use computers, scanners, copiers, and other business-related equipment.
- Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Regularly lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain visual focus required for inspections, data entry, and product verification activities.
- Occasionally work in areas exposed to warehouse noise, dust, and other production-floor conditions.
