Staff Management | SMX in San Antonio, TX, has immediate open positions for Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. In this role, associates will handle freight, sort products, and load/unload merchandise from conveyors to designated store staging areas. Shift Information:
- 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM (except overtime as well)
- Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed
- 3rd Shift: Saturday - Wednesday, 9:00 pm - 5:00 AM (expect overtime as well)
- Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed

Job Responsibilities
- Handle packages weighing 50-75 lbs. regularly.
- Repeatedly lift, carry, sort, and stack boxes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Read and identify numbers, letters, and symbols accurately to ensure proper sorting and staging of packages.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Maintain a team-oriented mindset, follow all safety guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform duties on a conveyor line or inside trailers, loading and unloading boxes as needed.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
