Job Responsibilities
- Manages all Human Resources activities such as employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, new hire orientation and training.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations for HR-related programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains all personnel and payroll data.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including but not limited to I-9 employment eligibility, EEO, etc.
- Must have extensive experience handling employee relations matters and possess the ability to handle these matters with confidence.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Must be forward-thinking and innovative.
- Must be resilient and flexible.
- Previous payroll data entry and processing experience.
- Efficient HR administration and meticulous attention to detail.
