Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all non-stock purchase requisitions adhering to purchase order compliance. Set up new vendors in SAP system when required. Review open purchase orders on a regular basis to maintain PO data accuracy.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports. Run required reports for managers when necessary. Check weekly for shift/day record runs.
• Compose and type routine correspondence and spreadsheets, organize and maintain file system, conduct research and compile and type statistical reports.
• Complete process for soliciting employees for weekend overtime, verifying eligibility, and posting overtime requirements weekly.
• Maintain attendance points records for plant employees on a weekly basis and issue corrective action forms for point violations. 
• Verify eligibility for perfect attendance bonus on a quarterly basis for plant employees and maintain perfect attendance records. Enter perfect attendance requests into employees' timecards and update balances accordingly.
• Maintain record of employees' eligibility for company service awards. Order gift cards for those eligible and make gift available for supervisors and managers to award to employees on a timely basis.
• Strong excel, pp, able to analyze data, attention to detail, spending time in the plant when needed for communication.
