Description

We are looking for a mechanically inclined and motivated individual for a temporary role as an Equipment Technician/Laborer, supporting our on-site Rental Technician. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse and the readiness of our equipment fleet during a busy period.

  • Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour
  • Shifts: 1st shift Monday-Friday, 8am-4:3 pm
  • Duration: Through January 2026

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the shipping and receiving processes for all rental and sale equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory tracking
  • Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, leveraging forklift experience to move and store assets
  • Prepare and stage rental equipment to meet specific customer project needs
  • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on rental equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability
  • Assist the Rental Technician with day-to-day operational activities as needed
  • Conduct thorough inspection and quality assurance testing on all rental and sale equipment before and after deployment
  • Complete accurate test reports and checklists to document equipment condition and readiness

  • Apply basic electrical knowledge to test and maintain equipment electrical systems
  • Proven experience operating a forklift
  • Strong mechanical inclination and experience performing minor repairs or preventative maintenance
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Excellent attention to detail for conducting quality assurance inspections and maintaining accurate reports

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
