Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and prepping the mold for infusion. Requires buffing and laying pre-cut fiberglass onto the mold to make it ready for cutting.
- Responsible for securing fiberglass and cutting to fit the pre-cut fiberglass to ensure proper distribution and covering of mold is complete.
- Responsible for ensuring molds are gel coated properly and ready for infusion.
- Responsible for making sure the part is ready to move on to production.
- Be able to eliminate bubbles in fiberglass once it has been applied.
- Follow instructions of the Supervisor/foreman/lead.
- Be able to use small hand tools, including scissors, razors, knives, etc.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Work with a team to complete daily tasks.
- Light sanding of parts when necessary.
- Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
- Give full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate.
- Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Manage one's own time and respect the time of others.
- Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Must be able to work effectively as an individual or with a team.

- Marine manufacturing experience preferred
