Job Responsibilities
- Remote position
- Handling calls and scheduling for IL Secretary of State
- Cannot miss any training
- Adhere to strict attendance policy within the first 90 days
- Pass internet speed test
Minimum Computer Requirements:
Desktop, PC or Laptop PCs
- I3, I5, I7, and I9 four generation
- At least Windows 10 operating system
- 8 GB of RAM
- Sound card, speakers
- 15 inch and up monitor
- Virus and spyware protection software and a working firewall
- Resolution requirement on any laptop or monitor needs to be 1920 X 1080
Broadband internet connection
- DSL and cable internet service to the home must be at least 6 mbps (Megabits per Second) download and 3 mbps upload. This will ensure proper connectivity with The Chicago Lighthouse's corporate data and voice network.
Hard line connection via an ethernet cord and USB headsets.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
