Description
We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Field Technicians to support operations during a large-scale national sporting event and expand its roster with motivated, dependable individuals who are excited about our mission.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Candidates must be able to accommodate a structured work schedule, which may include evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Reliable transportation is required, as frequent travel to local venues is necessary.
Depending on the market, part-time Field Technicians may be scheduled for up to 8 weeks, working up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. Supervision will be provided either onsite by a local full-time Field Technician or remotely by a Regional Field Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line representative when interacting with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Assist in the operation, maintenance, and configuration of digital signage systems and LED displays for sporting event venus.
- Organize, assemble, and install replacement components and hardware for signage and display systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Support, Client Services, and other internal teams to meet client needs.
- Participate in required training sessions, calls, and meetings related to client or market-specific operations.
- Troubleshoot software, signal flow, and video display system issues.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate repairs and system updates to the Market Lead.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and counting parts and equipment.
- Conduct venue walkthroughs and report newly identified issues or system concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with technology; computer literate.
- Familiarity with LED video walls and signal flow concepts.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Physical stamina and comfort working in warm or demanding environments.
- Previous experience with LED systems installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting preferred.
- Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing schedules or operational needs.
- Experience with LED display systems or audiovisual technology is a plus but not required.
