Job Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in Quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and recording data.
  • Excellent problem -solving skills with the ability to identify and address the quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as IATF16949:2016/ISO 9001.
  • Conduct inspection and test on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform dimensional, visual and functional inspections using various measuring tools and equipment.

  • Record and analyze and test data, identifying trends, patterns and areas of improvement, investigate non conformances and deviations from quality standards, collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspecting and test results, including inspections reports, test logs and quality records.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing support and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to production personnel on quality-related processes and producers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
