Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to and implementation of Company Safety and Work rules.
  • Performs inspection operations in the following areas: Final Inspection: Receiving QC Inspection Pre/Post OSP Inspection Peel Test Inspection
  • Responsible for creation of nonconformance documentation IE: discrepant material reports (DMRs), summary discrepant material reports (SDMRs) when discrepancies are detected at any inspection stage. Removal of the discrepant material from the production areas
  • Schedule source inspections
  • Generate Certificates of Conformance (C of C's) per quality standard and customer requirements.
  • Work from engineering drawings, inspection plans, internal instructions and customer documents including specifications, purchase orders and order codes.
  • Set up and use precision measuring equipment and gages.
  • Perform inspection on components and finished assemblies, and document results.
  • Ensure product quality for acceptance.

  • This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder
  • Inspect for product quality purchased and manufactured components to very close tolerances. Exercise judgment to set up specified precision measuring instruments, inspect for various dimensions and surface quality. Approve or reject items within the limitations of recognized methods and procedures.
  • Concentrated mental and visual attention required to inspect intricate component parts visually and dimensionally. Coordination of a high degree of manual dexterity with close visual attention for sustained periods.
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite a plus.
  • The ability to pay attention to detail a must
  • Must be able to read instructions in English.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
