Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of product and product features for assigned brand
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of internal processes and system tools
- Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email, and/or the client's online portal
- Meet all service level agreements as assigned
- Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems
- 6+ months of customer service
- Experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment
- MS Outlook & Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PO Management experience preferred but not required
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
