Job Responsibilities

Leading and motivating team members, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Production: ensuring that the team meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Training and Development: training new team members and providing ongoing support for their professional development.
  • Communication: effectively communicating with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: analyzing and resolving production problems, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the production area.
  • Safety: ensuring that the team adheres to safety regulations and implements appropriate safety measures.

Associate Requirements
