Job Responsibilities
Leading and motivating team members, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Production: ensuring that the team meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Training and Development: training new team members and providing ongoing support for their professional development.
- Communication: effectively communicating with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-Solving: analyzing and resolving production problems, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the production area.
- Safety: ensuring that the team adheres to safety regulations and implements appropriate safety measures.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
