Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance through internal systems and KPIs, and providing guidance and technical expertise
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, to support the growth and development of the maintenance team
- Close the loop on communications by de-briefing the Maintenance Manager on a daily basis, and the Maintenance Planner on a weekly basis
- Assist in development and implementation of new preventive maintenance procedures in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner
- Lead in or assist in leading audits of completed PMs to identify gaps and potential for improvement
- 5-10 years proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
- 3-5 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Skilled in using various testing and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLC programming tools).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to working with electrical systems and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.57 - $39.28 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
