Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance through internal systems and KPIs, and providing guidance and technical expertise
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, to support the growth and development of the maintenance team
  • Close the loop on communications by de-briefing the Maintenance Manager on a daily basis, and the Maintenance Planner on a weekly basis
  • Assist in development and implementation of new preventive maintenance procedures in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner
  • Lead in or assist in leading audits of completed PMs to identify gaps and potential for improvement

  • 5-10 years proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
  • 3-5 years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
  • Skilled in using various testing and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLC programming tools).
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to working with electrical systems and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
