We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support all aspects of candidate coordination and ensure a seamless recruitment and preboarding experience for new associates at Kohler Company. This position is responsible for managing requisition-related activities for professional and administrative roles, including interview scheduling, offer letter distribution, pre-employment coordination, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiters and HR teams to create and manage job requisitions (internal and external).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters in collaboration with Recruiters.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of candidate assessments as needed.
  • Lead all pre-employment activities, including:
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates via phone and email, supporting them throughout the interview and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a professional and welcoming candidate experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, including candidate data and background check results.
  • Provide support on additional recruiting initiatives and projects, such as resume screening and phone interviews.

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or scheduling roles within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders with urgency
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $24.00 - $26.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
