Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading equipment, operating heavy machinery, and supporting yard operations in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction equipment to/from trailers for receiving and shipment.
- Safely operated forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Drive and operate heavy equipment, including backing up, tilting, raising, or lowering attachments to facilitate transport.
- Move equipment between the factory and yard for storage or distribution.
- Read and interpret shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading, Shipping orders, Manifests, Tally sheets, and Export documentation.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Outdoor conditions: dust, dirt, rain, etc.
- Machinery and equipment operations
- Chemicals such as fumes and fluids from equipment, welding, and painting
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
- Ability to read and interpret shipping/receiving paperwork
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for a full workday
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Steel-toed boots/shoes
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
