The General Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for all facility and commercial support functions primarily related to daily billing, shipping support, inventory control, returns/credits and office supply management.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Professionally administering and directing incoming office calls.
  • Greets visitors and guests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform a variety of office/clerical duties such as daily billing, scanning documents, incoming mail, and filing.
  • Inventory control, inventory receiving, daily cycle count processing, goods receipt/invoice receipt reconciliation. 
  • Assists in the ordering, and distribution of office supplies.
  • Manages internal and external operations requests for expedites, tracking information, and certification request. 
  • Assist with warehouse functions such as light packaging and organization as needed.

Experience: 

  • SAP experience 
  • Word and Excel knowledge


Qualifications to Meet Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum 2 years general office experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Able to work in a team environment while fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
