Job Responsibilities
Returns Support
- Manage internal log for the processing of all returns that are sent in without a return authorization number
- Responsible for making outbound calls to consumers for additional information on product returned
- Troubleshoots open return authorization issues related to user and/or system errors
- Identify system errors and work with corresponding teams (SAP/Pinehurst) to correct
- Manage direct to consumer re-ship returns
- Works with Trade In Trade up Coordinator on return disputes and variances
- Oversee returns on hold for consumer returns
Outbound Orders Support
- Manages communication and support order cancellation of outbound deliveries that are cancelled due to no inventory
- Works with claims coordinator on lost/damage returned products
- Provides backup to Callaway Golf Interactive order management
- Monitors shipping for escalated Callaway Golf Interactive orders as needed
- Works with Quality Team to audit direct to consumer outbound shipments
- Responsible for maintaining shipping issues log and working with business and operations on corrective action
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Strong knowledge of Pinehurst and SAP
- Solid knowledge of current and historical Callaway Golf/non-Callaway Golf products
- Excellent knowledge of the return flow and outbound delivery process.
- Solid knowledge of accounting practices.
- Able to effectively communicate in both written and oral form.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and decisive.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an organized and efficient manner while multi-tasking.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
- Minimum 2-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (if applicable)
- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
