We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist for a short-term contract role in Wilmer, TX. This position plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and administrative support. Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hourly staffing and onboarding of new employees including preparation of new hire paperwork 
  • Daily employee interaction and floor presence: resolving issues, answering questions, and working with employees and managers to encourage a culture of positive employee relations
  • Ensures that all policies are implemented and enforced consistently and fairly
  • Provides updates and regular communication to HR manager on building activity and escalates issues in a timely manner 
  • Responsible for managing all CJL HR systems for areas of responsibility including UltiPro, HRIS, JDE, etc. 
  • Creates and maintains employee files and ensures all information is held in the strictest confidence 
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of previous HR experience required 
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and payroll management system required 
  • Proven ability to successfully conduct required employee 
  • Positive demeanor and attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently required 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
