Staff Management | SMX is immediately hiring experienced CNC Operators for a leading Metal Fabrication Company. We have a punctual attendance policy for the first 30 days.
- Shift Information: Rotating 12 hours shifts, 5:50pm - 6:00am

Job Responsibilities
- Start and stop equipment to run production.
- Identify product and shop orders to ensure proper jobs are being ran.
- Properly report scrap and labor information using written, as well as electronic data collection devices.
- Select correct containerization for parts being produced.
- Participate in problem solving activities.
- Adjust equipment to obtain part specification per process sheets and maintain within control limits.
- Perform TPM and prepare equipment for preventative maintenance.
- Position requires high school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience as a CNC operator is required.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills Perform all inspection functions per written procedure.
- Identify product to ensure proper jobs being ran.
- Collaborate with team members and Team Leads to identify improvements.
- Ability to work every other weekend and overtime as needed.
- Must pass BG/DT.
- 6 months manufacturing or warehouse experience required
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.15 - $24.75 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
