As a Maintenance Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and general handyman duties. This position requires a combination of basic skills in painting, cleaning, minor building repairs, and general maintenance.

Job Responsibilities
- Painting: Perform painting tasks as needed, including surface preparation, applying primer and paint, and ensuring a neat and professional finish.
- Cleaning: Conduct routine cleaning of designated areas, including floors, walls, windows, and common spaces. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- General Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance, painting, cleaning, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using common hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
