Description
We are seeking a Shear Shop Technician for a temp-to-hire, early-morning shift role in Oceanside, CA, paying $19.50-$22.00 per hour. This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering stability, overtime opportunities, and potential for permanent hire.
Schedule (Early Morning / First Shift)
- Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
- Friday: 4:30 AM-1:00 PM
- Overtime as needed
- On-site, 5 days/week

Job Responsibilities
- Machine operation, shear machine, metal fabrication
- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment
- Quality control, inspections, and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
- Experience with CNC, sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial equipment a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Ability to work an early morning / first shift and perform physical labor
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.50 - $22.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
