Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, CNC machinery, robotics, and facility systems
- Diagnose issues using multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and other diagnostic tools
- Support maintenance improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability
- Complete accurate work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems
- Conduct root-cause analysis and help drive process improvements
- Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout, PPE, and OSHA requirements
- Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians
- Must have industrial maintenance experience (minimum 3 years)
- Must have hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Comfortable using computers and maintenance software
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $36.00 - $36.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
