Staff Management SMX is looking for an Industrial Cleaner to join our team! The Industrial Cleaner ensures that our facility in Chalfont, PA is clean and safe for all of our employees and that it measures up to the high quality standards established by the MARS Corporation.

Job Responsibilities
- Move trash and cardboard from production lines and warehouses to inside compactors
- Operate powered cleaning equipment to clean building floors
- Manually sweep, mop, and vacuum as needed
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Clean restrooms as assigned
- Various tasks by request pertinent to the safety and cleanliness of the facility
- Must be available Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- All associates must wear company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- All associates must provide a pair of steel toed shoes.
- Experience using a scissor lift and professional maintenance machinery is helpful, but we will train a motivated person.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
