The Machine Operator works in a climate controlled environment loading the production machine with supplies, packing and palletizing product, and completing paperwork. One-on-one on-the-job training is provided in a safe and supportive work environment. Earn $17.00 to $18.19 per hour dependent on shift. Hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Ask about our sign-on bonus. This is a Temp-to-Perm with premier client!

Job Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Load machine with supplies.
  • Pack product.
  • Palletize product.
  • Complete paperwork.

The chosen applicant will have:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs a few times per day.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
  • Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift with additional optional overtime.
  • Previous production experience preferred but not necessary.

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.00 - $18.19 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
