SMX is looking for dependable and Full-Time motivated Warehouse Associates and Machine Operators to join our team. This is a true Temp to Hire position with our customer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including packing materials for shipments as well as loading materials in machines for production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment meeting expectations to be considered for Full-Time employment.

Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if trained/certified.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Machine Operator
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines to manufacture products according to specifications.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
- Inspect parts and products for quality assurance
Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned for all positions.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
12-hour shifts available, immediate openings on overnight shifts 7 pm - 7 am!
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
