Our injection mold setup team member will be a critical leader of our production process by ensuring that our molding equipment is properly setup and maintained. Job Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance on molds, facilities and equipment as needed
- Facilities setup of machinery and all support equipment
- Minimize impact on manufacturing by performing injection duties such as mold & core changes and color and material changes as required by production schedule
- Analyze maintenance failures on molding processes to identify trends and develop countermeasures
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Follow all procedures and policies in place
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of proper forklift and crane usage
- Experience with mold cleaning, change out & parameters setup
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance (Such as hydraulics and pneumatics)
- Ability to pass forklift, crane LMS and evaluations.
- Experience performing mold changes with Lear Star Robot setups and injection press setups
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 30 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
