Join our team at Staff Management | SMX and ensure pets are get the healthy, clean, and nicely packed pet foods that they need. We currently have Warehouse Associate openings on 2nd shifts! Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am
  • Mandatory overtime for Fridays and the possibility of some Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate

  • NO warehouse experience needed.
  • At least one year of work history.
  • Entry-level warehouse, paid on-the-job training.
  • Job duties will include general labor, handling materials, sorting, picking, packing, or repacking. Will be standing for 10 hours, must be able lift up to 20 pounds, and have reliable transportation. The dress code is casual.

Forklift Operator

  • High School Diploma, or GED.
  • Forklift Operator experience, 2-year minimum.
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
  • 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
  • Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods.
  • Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest, or any other standards provided by site leadership.

Associate Requirements

  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 20 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
