General office administrative duties to include preparing/processing cargo documents, air bills, and air way bills. Job Responsibilities

  • Answer Airline's telephone and take appropriate action when necessary and/or required.
  • Service customers at counter. Interact with customer to ensure complete and accurate shipping documents and all documents related to terminating shipments.
  • Collect record and properly process all monies from customers.
  • Customer Notification - Advise customers via telephone and written notification of the arrival of shipments. Inform shipper of cost of freight and storage charges, if applicable.
  • Airway Bill Input - Complete airway bills, required data entry and update computer records. Review paperwork and information to ensure accuracy and completion.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to proficiently speak, read and write in English
  • Must be able to take all pre-employment background and drug test
  • Must be able and flexible to work full-time, overtime (if needed), weekend and/or holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required City of Houston and Custom Border Patrol badge/seal

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 40 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $13.00 - $13.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
