Staff Management | SMX is looking to add a support role for a client in New Albany, Indiana. This position is a full-time Team Leader opportunity and consists of supporting all orientation, onboarding, and training functions. It will also consist of shift management and customer service. This position is Sunday-Thursday 9:00 pm-5:30 am. Benefits include paid vacation, flexible hours, and leadership training.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountability
- Problem Solving
- Marking attendance for all current associates
- Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
- Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
- Maintain a professional and successful customer service
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed
- Minimum 6 months leadership experience
- Minimum of 6 months work history in Customer Service and Office experience
- Flexible training on day shift then transition to nights

Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.50 - $20.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
