Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues through calls, chats, and emails promptly and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a cost-efficient handle time.
- Demonstrate clear and empathetic communication in both positive and challenging situations.

- Data Entry and Typing Skills: Proficiency in data entry and typing is essential. Candidates must be able to pass a Data Entry and Typing Skills test.
- Self-Motivation: Enjoy working independently while meeting high-quality and efficiency standards.
- Customer Focused: A minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or customer service role is required. Ability to handle back-to-back calls, chats, and emails with patience and empathy.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have access to a quiet home office space with high-speed internet (minimum 20Mbps download and 3Mbps upload) and a smartphone or additional computer/tablet.
