SIMOS is hiring a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to support daily distribution and transportation operations for a major retail company. We offer weekly pay, healthcare benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid training. This role is responsible for office administration, coordinating deliveries and shipments, processing billing and invoices, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with drivers, warehouse teams, store associates, and internal office staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with strong computer skills (including Excel), organizational abilities, and clear communication. A resume is required for this position. A high level of reliability and dedication is required. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
  • Billing/invoice processing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Receptive, proactive and flexible to receive guidance in the business related matters

  • Coordinate cargo transportation needs with customers, internal teams, foreign offices, and government agencies
  • Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for import/export activities
  • Track and coordinate shipments with warehouse teams to ensure timely clearance and release
  • Process, reconcile, and organize shipping documents and operational records
  • Verify invoice accuracy based on shipments and customer requirements
  • Review bills of lading and apply rates accurately while following company policies and regulations
  • Support smooth daily logistics operations through strong communication and attention to detail
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Non-climate control building

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
