Job Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
- Document production output and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing your knowledge and skills.
- Follow the direction of your assembly supervisor and collaborate with your team.
- Arrive on time for daily manufacturing activities and adhere to break schedules.
- Maintain a positive and friendly work environment, minimizing distractions.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to understand English on a limited basis in order to follow basic work instructions.
- Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components.
- Previous experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
