• 1st Shift Grinding: $17/hour
• 2nd and 3rd Shift Grinding: $18/hour
• 1st Shift Assembly: $15.50/hour
• 2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly: $16.50/hour

Job Responsibilities

We have two departments we are hiring for; Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Responsible for completing control plan inspections
• Load, unload, sort and inspect proper component parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensures accurate assembly
• Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment
• Completes line start-ups and changeover activities
• Completes other job duties as delegated by department Shift Supervisor or Manager
• Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands
• Steel toed boots are required

Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl

Grinding: Same requirements as assembly along with; occasionally push/pull up to 80 pounds; rarely lift up to 80 pounds.

• Manufacturing experience not needed
• Ability to perform basic math all units of measure
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
