Staff Management | SMX is hiring for Production Processing Associates with Our Client in Harbeson, DE. Production Processing Associates work within a fast paced environment in different areas of the poultry processing facility. This is a 40-hour full-time position with opportunity for overtime. No experience necessary we will train you. Walk-In applications welcome, Monday-Friday from 10:00AM-2:00PM.

Job Responsibilities

- All positions require ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for shift duration of the shift.
- Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment Ability to work in a team.
- Meet attendance expectations.
- Ability and willingness to work all shifts/schedules as needed, including overtime.
- Ability to work in cool and sometimes cold working environment.
Associate Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $15.70 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
